Yoga massage ball workshop
In this workshop, we Will explore what trigger points are, where to locate them in the main areas of body, and the causes of tension. We will focus on releasing soreness, knots, and tightness caused by trigger points.
We will explore the primary tools to massage these trigger points and how to do that ourselves. These tools will help you unwind muscular tension, calm your central nervous system, and connect to your body in a deeper way.
After this 90-minute workshop, you will leave feeling more relaxed, open, blissed out, and lighter in your body.
